Well, that seems to be a novelty for ALL my dolls recently. :/ A few months ago I moved my giant light table (for stained glass) downstairs to the glass studio, & it was my regular "platform" for picture-taking. The loss of it stymied me!

But now I have jury-rigged a little photo niche upstairs in the art studio so's I can take HD pics! Perhaps I can finally get a little photospamming done in the meantime.

Here's a few of Sohiru (WS Gomidoll Igon SS head/CP boy hybrid) wearing a teal Chaos Lace sweater. I'm fiddling with lighting & metering, which is always a trial for me, so these pics are nowhere near the final cut...but I'm gonna spam you with them anyway! ♥

I think Luts heard me griping through the ether. My brand new, unblemished, unrepaired torso arrived on Wednesday morning. Really excellent of them to alert me of the shipping (like they promised), but simply having the thing in hand is worth a bundle. I felt like it was being held hostage. Just put him together yesterday!

I'm kind of thinking that the CP boy body is a little smallish for the Igon head, but hell, I can't think what else would work (except for DoT, which is a little hard to find in WS). And he's supposed to be slender and uke-ly. In any case, the resin match is dead on, which counts for a lot. ^^ I'll have to get a picture & solicit opinion.

I'm so used to seeing Sohiru as a head that it seems almost unnatural for him to be perched on a body! XD

kaisuki's post about eLuts brought my rantypantsness right back up to the surface! Grr.

So I wanted to get Sohiru, my WS Gomidoll Igon-ss head, on a WS delf boy body, & I ordered it from Luts. It had a cracked shoulder when it arrived, & I've already been months trying to get it sorted out. Shouldn't be that hard, should it? I was helpful, I sent pictures, I even sent back the torso when they asked--thinking they needed it for resin-matching, which is what it sounded like. Then I never heard a word back. Last time I wrote them they (finally, took about a week to reply) said they were MENDING the torso! AUGH! I didn't pay for a farking broken doll!! So I told them so & they cleverly ignored that post, even though I know they read it. -____-

It was a great big crack, anyway, so I don't see how they could fix it without breaking the chunk off & reattaching it somehow. Yeah, THAT sounds rilly secure.

I was potentially-planning to get a Miyu someday, but. It'll have to be on the secondary market. Never. Again. From. eLuts.

Igon & the new Onsumla "demon" eyes have formed an unholy alliance. XD



They were SUPPOSED to be red eyes, according to the auction photos, but I'm now so amused by their hot-pinkness that they're here to stay. Yeah, like I could separate them from him at this point.
